Mariah Carey immediately Twittered to her fans after getting into a car crash in Los Angeles.
The pop diva was anxious to allay any fears over her welfare and posted a quick update after getting into the minor accident.
It's understood she was with new husband Nick Cannon – although neither were at the wheel - when her limousine was involved in the smash.
Mariah updated her Twitter blog with this message: "Ok, so this is why I don't drive, or get up early.
"Just got into a little car accident in la.. but we're all ok. Neither of us were driving."
